Sales tax will be added to purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge. The length of your billing cycle is monthly. All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to systematically retrieve data, trick or defraud us and other users, circumvent security features, disparage or harm us, use information to harass others, make improper use of support services, use the Services inconsistently with laws, engage in unauthorized framing or linking, upload viruses or harmful material, engage in automated use, delete proprietary notices, impersonate others, interfere with the Services, harass our employees, bypass access measures, copy our software, reverse engineer, use buying agents, make unauthorized use, or use the Services to compete with us.

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that your contributions do not infringe proprietary rights, you are the creator and owner or have necessary licenses, you have written consent for identifiable persons, your contributions are not false or misleading, not unsolicited advertising, not obscene or objectionable, do not ridicule or abuse anyone, are not used to harass or threaten, do not violate any applicable law, do not violate privacy rights, do not concern child exploitation, do not include offensive comments related to protected characteristics, and do not otherwise violate these Legal Terms.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices. By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with your Contributions.

As part of the functionality of the Services, you may link your account with online accounts you have with third-party service providers. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third-Party Account. By granting us access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that we may access, make available, and store any content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account so that it is available on and through the Services via your account.

11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions; (4) remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that: (1) outputs generated through the Services are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose; (2) you are solely responsible for evaluating any output, including through human review where appropriate, before relying on, using, or distributing it; (3) the Services are delivered over the internet and depend on systems and networks that are subject to interruptions, delays, errors, data loss, and security threats, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; (4) features, models, and pricing may change, be suspended, or be discontinued; and (5) you will not use the Services in any application where a failure, delay, or inaccurate output could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, or severe physical, financial, or environmental harm. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these risks and accept them.

19. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Services, including any outputs generated through them and any information made available on the Site, are provided for general informational and technical purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or relating to the failure, interruption, error, modification, or discontinuation of any Third-Party Service. Your use of certain Third-Party Services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

23. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
